In the Treble Referral Program, the process is simple. For ever qualified referral you share with us, you will receive US$250 in a gift card, and your referrals will enjoy 1,000 free conversations when they start using Treble. It's a "win-win-win" situation: you help us get a new client, we help your contacts, and we reward you for your support.
Let's review the step by step below:
1. You register your referral on our website
Fill out the form below with your referral's information. We will identify you with your email and company and the process will not take more than two minutes.
2. We contact and qualify your referral
After you fill out the form, our sales team will contact your referral directly and will answer all their questions about Treble. At this stage we will rate your referral according to the following parameters:
1. CRM Used: Your referral must use HubSpot or Salesforce in the company they work for.
2. Product Necessity: The referral must be interested in using WhatsApp + HubSpot or Salesforce in the following month after speaking with the Treble sales team.
3. Become a Treble client: After meetings with our sales team, the company where your referral works must accept Treble's conditions and contract the service of our platform.
During this process we will keep you informed of any status changes via email.
3. Both Receive Rewards
If the referral meets the qualification criteria and becomes our client, both the referral and the referred person will receive their rewards. you will receive U$250 in a Tremendous gift card, and the qualified referral will enjoy 1,000 free conversations on Treble during their first billing cycle.
If your referral does not meet the qualification requirements, they will not be able to access the rewards and will enter a nurturing phase until they can meet the conditions to start using Treble.

Who can participate in the Treble referral program?
Anyone over 18 years of age can participate. You just have to leave your email so we can contact you to give you the reward.
How will the verification of a qualified referral be carried out?
Initially, the verification will be carried out by our SDRs through WhatsApp or email, where they will ask questions about the CRM, use cases and referral implementation volumes.
After meetings with our salespeople, if the referral becomes a customer, it means they have been qualified for this referral program.
How long does it take to receive the $250 reward after my referral is qualified?
The payment of U$250 will be made within 5 days after the referral has been qualified and will be delivered via email.
Can I make multiple referrals?
Yes, you can refer as many people as you want, as long as they are HubSpot users and interested in integrating with WhatsApp. However, there will only be 1 reward per company.
What if my referral or anyone else who works at the same company has been previously referred or is already in the sales process?
In this case, we will notify you by email that this recommendation is not valid to participate in the Referral Program.
What happens if my referral does not qualify?
If your referral does not qualify, we will inform you via email of the reason for disqualification and you will not be able to choose to receive the reward.
What happens if my referral doesn't use HubSpot or Salesforce?
Based on the data analyzed from our product, we have realized that the clients who extract the most value from our product are those who integrate their CRM with Treble. So we will only be working with people from this CRM in our referral program while we develop more integrations.
