A conversations starts when either the customer or the company sends a message and it ends when 24 hours have passes since the last message from the customer.
There is a limit in the number of outbound conversations (started by the company) which depends on the performance of your account. The initial limit is 1,000 conversations per day, but as you improve your performance with our help, this limit increases to 10,000 conversations and beyond.
